I currently have very little knowledge of web development, and I have decided that I would like to become proficient in it, and I was just wondering to make a site comparable ( the search functions, the layouts, etc) what languages would I need to learn, like html, xhtml, css, java, ajax, php, etc. Please give me a list of all the languages and there purpose.
