What is the best IDE for PHP and Visual Studio. NET?
I wonder what is the best IDE for PHP and Visual Studio is. NET, including a game zero and reduce checks and debugging code and lots of powerful features. I regard this as a PHP IDE. Anyone able to help me?

Finally you can also set up an online payment system where you use your bank account to pay your rent but it’s not automated. This system works best as there are no fees as there would be with credit cards.
The online software helps managers be more organized and makes their lives a lot easier. If they ever need to look up anything it’s all in the computer and very easy to do so.

I need to develop some software and need to know what programs are the used for this and which one is best and which one is easiest?
You need to develop software, eh? I’m thinking if you need to develop it you should probably know at least one programming language. I only have 2 under my belt.
Java – pretty easy – Dr. Java is a good program to start with
Visual Basic – easy – I used Microsoft’s Visual Studio
